At Pierre Gerbais, terroir takes center stage — and Les Grandes Côtes is its purest expression. This single-vineyard Champagne, made entirely from Pinot Noir, balances generosity and precision in perfect measure. It’s a grower’s Champagne in every sense: transparent, tactile, and deeply site-driven.
Fermented and aged in neutral oak before long lees aging, the wine gains quiet complexity while retaining Gerbais’s hallmark brightness. Aromas of wild strawberry, red apple, and brioche mingle with subtle notes of spice and crushed stone. The palate is both broad and tense — ripe orchard fruit framed by chalky minerality and fine, persistent bubbles. The finish is dry, focused, and frankly just all round fabulous.,

- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
