Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
The Pierre PĂ©ters estate, situated in the heart of the "CĂŽte des Blancs" in the village of Le Mesnil sur Oger, has been a family house for six generations and has produced Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Champagnes since 1919.
Seven parcels from this terroir, yield the grapes used to make this extremely rare cuvee. They are vinified separately and undergo different vinification. Partial Malo, the cuvée results from a blend of precisely selected best available juices. Each vintage ages at least six years on the lees before disgorgement.
The nose opens up on a bunch of white flowers and freshly baked bread, which evolves to citrus. Once aerated, the first notes of biscuit and hazelnut make way to a vivid chalky minerality. Aromatics of green apple lead to a lemon confit center, linden blossom and sweet spices. The tight finale but with an extreme length, shows almond and chalk.

- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
