At Maison Bodet-Hérolt, precision and patience define everything. Founded by oenologists Jérémie and Ludivine Bodet-Hérolt, the estate has become a quiet reference for artisanal sparkling wines in the Loire — expressions of delicacy, purity, and impeccable balance. The Aerlinn Rosé (its name meaning “sea song” in Breton) is their most ethereal cuvée — dry, shimmering, and full of life.
The fruit is sourced from organically farmed vineyards near Saumur, fermented with native yeasts, and aged for over two years on lees before disgorgement — with no dosage added. This Brut Nature style brings the wine’s fine acidity and chalky minerality to the forefront, wrapped in a veil of red fruit and gentle florals.
Aromas of wild strawberry, blood orange, and crushed rose lead into a palate that’s taut, elegant, and whisper-dry. Notes of pink grapefruit and sea salt carry through a persistent, mineral finish. Fresh, refined, and quietly thrilling — Aerlinn is Loire rosé in its purest, most graceful form.

- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
