The grapes are macerated gently for over a month with native yeasts and aged in large Slavonian oak casks for two years, following the estate’s unwaveringly traditional methods. The nose is pure Cannubi: rose petal, cherry, sweet spice, and hints of tar and truffle. The palate is finely woven — red fruit and herbs layered over supple tannins and vibrant acidity. The finish is long, mineral, and quietly profound.
