Anne-Sophie Dubois is a part of a young generation of vignerons redefining the identity of Beaujolais. Born and raised in Champagne, she caught the wine bug early and spent her formative years learning the ropes in Burgundy. (Far from the usual story of winemakers in Beaujolais.)
Her “Alchimiste” ages for ten months, partially in cement cuvees and in used oak casks, and is bottled un-fined and unfiltered. Profound, elegant, and refined: this beautiful Beaujolais pairs the aromatics and minerality Fleurie is renowned for with a depth of dark-berry fruit and a solid tannic structure."

- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
