Grapes: Ugni Blanc, Baco, and Colombard
From the heart of Gascony, Cerbois offers a classic expression of Armagnac rooted in tradition and regional character. The house focuses on approachable, well-balanced spirits that reflect the warmth and rustic elegance of southwestern France.
This VSOP is distilled using traditional Armagnac methods, then aged for a minimum of four years in French oak casks. The extended time in wood softens the spirit while building depth and integrating the naturally robust character of the eaux-de-vie.
Smooth and gently complex, it opens with notes of dried fruit, vanilla, and baking spice, alongside hints of toasted oak and caramel. The palate is rounded and warming, with a soft texture and a lingering finish. Ideal enjoyed neat, lightly warmed, or alongside dark chocolate or simple desserts.

- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
