Georges Rémy is part of a new generation of growers redefining Bouzy. While the village is historically celebrated for powerful Pinot Noir, Rémy brings precision and restraint, crafting wines that emphasize finesse as much as depth. His still Bouzy Rouge bottlings are rare and deeply site-driven, expressing Pinot Noir in its most transparent form.
Focused and finely etched. Aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, crushed rose petals, and subtle spice lead into a palate that is lifted and structured. There is brightness and tension beneath the fruit, with fine tannins and a mineral edge that speaks clearly of Bouzy’s chalk soils. The finish is savory, precise, and quietly persistent.

- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
