Fermented and aged in neutral oak before long lees aging, the wine gains quiet complexity while retaining Gerbais’s hallmark brightness. Aromas of wild strawberry, red apple, and brioche mingle with subtle notes of spice and crushed stone. The palate is both broad and tense — ripe orchard fruit framed by chalky minerality and fine, persistent bubbles. The finish is dry, focused, and frankly just all round fabulous.,
