Grapes: 38% Grenache, 37% Cinsault, 19% Mourvèdre, 4% Rolle, 2% Ugni Blanc
From one of the select group of Côtes de Provence vineyards awarded Cru Classé status in 1955. This classification mirrors that of the great Bordeaux châteaux and is based upon the quality of the wines and the heritage of the properties.
Delicate coral pink in color yet with real concentration and weight due to the 70 year old vines used to produce the 'R' wines. This is one of the best and most classic of Provence rosés, vinous and weighty yet still very fine with opulent Grenache fruit and a touch of spice. Very much a food rosé, serve with Lobster and other seafood, garlicky Provençale inspired dishes, grilled salmon, linguine primavera.
