From the Côte d’Azur, Château Sainte Marguerite is one of Provence’s leading estates (and one of the few with Cru Classé vineyards), known for organic farming and a refined, modern approach to rosé. “Fantastique” sits at the top of their range, offering a more precise and structured expression of the region’s coastal style.
The 2025 is sourced from estate vineyards close to the Mediterranean, where sea breezes help retain freshness. The fruit is gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures, with careful handling throughout to preserve purity, texture, and aromatic detail.
Elegant and finely tuned, it shows notes of wild strawberry, peach, and citrus zest, with a subtle floral lift. The palate is crisp yet softly textured, with a saline edge that reflects its coastal origin and a clean, persistent finish. A natural pairing for grilled seafood, light Mediterranean dishes, or simply enjoyed chilled in the sun.

- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
