Grape: 100% Chardonnay
Domaine Aurore Bachelet is located in Santenay, south of the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy. Aurore produces the two emblematic grape varieties of Burgundy: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. For each vintage, she strives to respect the Burgundian identity with vinification that is as non-interventionist as possible.
This 2023 vintage is made from Chardonnay whose vine is about 35 years old, grown on a clay-limestone terroir. After the manual harvest, the harvest is put into direct pressing. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels , then 5 months in stainless steel vats .

We regret that the only products we can accept for return are faulty goods where we will attempt to provide a like-for-like replacement.
- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customerâs expense.
