Grapes: 100% Gamay
From Beaujolais, Domaine de Fa is the project of the Graillot family, bringing a Northern Rhône sensibility to the region. Working with old vines and a low-intervention approach, the focus is on structure, precision, and a more serious expression of Gamay.
The Saint-Amour 2023 is sourced from high altitude, granite-rich soils, with fermentation carried out using a mix of whole clusters to build aromatic lift and texture. Aging takes place in neutral vessels, allowing the fruit and site to remain front and center.
Expressive and finely structured, it shows notes of red cherry, raspberry, and violet, with a subtle peppery edge. The palate is medium-bodied, with fresh acidity and light tannins giving both energy and shape. More composed than typical Beaujolais, it pairs naturally with roast poultry, charcuterie, or earthy vegetable dishes.

- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
