Grapes: 100% Chardonnay

The En Remilly Vineyard literally borders the Chevalier Montrachet Grand Cru Vineyard, meaning exceptional quality and value for the price. For us this is one of the best value white Burgundies in our cellar. Their 2022 “En Remilly” is a focused Chardonnay from some of the best vineyards in the region.

Grapes are pressed gently, fermented on fine lees with minimal oak influence, and allowed time to settle before release — the aim being purity of terroir rather than showy extraction.
On the nose, you’ll find aromas of white peach, lemon rind and crushed seashell. The palate is lean yet textured — orchard fruit and a whisper of almond skin ride clear acidity and chalky minerality toward a lingering finish that feels both clean and composed. Elegant yet direct, this is a white Burgundy with subtle depth and strong sense of place.
