From one of the most well known and influential Burgundian wine makers Jean-Marc Roulot. Their family has produced distilled spirits for generations. This iteration is a liqueur from lemons with elderflower like a cross between Limoncello and eau de vie. Made from organic Sicilian Petronio lemons that are prepared two different ways via infusion and distillation with minimal sugar. Enjoyed chilled or over ice.
