This fabulous no-intervention Greek skin contact white has got us hooked. Macerated on the skins with wild yeast fermentation, the wine spends 2 months in stainless steel. The result is a crisp, fresh wine with notes of white stone fruit, citrus and a touch of blossom, with a beautiful mineral finish.
