From Italy’s Adriatic coast in the Marche, La Calcinara is a small, organically farmed estate focused on low-intervention wines that highlight freshness and place. Their style leans toward energy and drinkability, offering a more relaxed, expressive take on the region’s traditional varieties.
“Mun” is their rosato, made from Montepulciano grown on hillside vineyards influenced by the nearby sea. The fruit is gently pressed to achieve a delicate color, then fermented with a light touch to preserve aromatics and freshness, with aging in neutral vessels to keep the profile clean and focused.
Bright and quietly expressive, it shows notes of wild strawberry, pink grapefruit, and a hint of fresh herbs. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with a subtle savory edge and a clean, lightly mineral finish. Easygoing but characterful, it pairs naturally with seafood, salads, or simple Mediterranean dishes.

- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
