Founded in Copenhagen, MURI creates naturally non-alcoholic fermented drinks inspired by the world of fine dining centered in the city. Using wild fermentation, teas, fruits, botanicals, and culinary techniques, each cuvée is crafted to deliver the complexity, texture, and food-pairing potential of wine, without relying on dealcoholization. Yamilé is a Peruvian winemaker who taught the Muri team about carbonic maceration - the technique that makes Beaujolais wine ultra fruity. They use it here on the whole raspberries. Honey is also used to create a 'mead', which is infused with rhubarb that is lacto-fermented and then smoked over beechwood. The smokiness and background spice give the blend a funky vibrancy

We regret that the only products we can accept for return are faulty goods where we will attempt to provide a like-for-like replacement.
- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
