Grapes: 100% Dolcetto
One of Barolo’s historic names, Oddero has been crafting classic Piedmontese wines since the late 1800s. While the family is best known for Nebbiolo, their Dolcetto d’Alba shows the same care and precision — a lively, fruit-driven red that captures the heart of everyday Langhe drinking.
The fruit comes from organically farmed vineyards across La Morra and Castiglione Falletto. Fermented in stainless steel and aged briefly in tank, the wine sees no oak, keeping its natural freshness and purity intact. This is Dolcetto in its most authentic form: bright, juicy, and full of character.
Aromas of violets, black cherry, and plum lead into notes of spice and almond. The palate is supple and medium-bodied, with silky tannins and lively acidity framing flavors of red fruit and herbs. The finish is smooth, slightly savory, and refreshing — a perfect companion for pizza, pasta, or antipasti.
