Barrel Strength pushes the boundaries of Penelope's signature four grain balanced flavor profile. Aged 3 – 4 years in new American oak barrels and completely uncut and non chill-filtered. Rich fruit and a beautiful sweetness on the nose, meets mellow orange peel and citrus notes with a robust, smoky and savory body. Caramel and increased oak on the palate finish with a candied sweetness.
